An appointment was scheduled on August 29 2016 at 2:30 pm. I arrived at 2:15 to find both office doors locked. No one from this dentist office called to inform me the office would be closed or to reschedule for another day. I left a voice mail message advising I was outside the office and present for the appointment. There are no visible hours posted on the doors or Windows. This appointment was not an emergency but an annual exam required by the Army Reserves. A good business practice would be to call and confirm or to reschedule. I called the Army Reserve dental schedule center to schedule my dental exam with another dentist.
