Dr Gossett is very knowledgeable, caring, and has a great team behind him along with a state of the art, clean facility...very clean. The only two issues we had were with his invoicing and fillings that came out. The invoices don't indicate what your insurance covered vs. your responsibility. Be prepared with a calculator to figure out your portion. Billing Team didn't communicate with us when they had issues with the insurance until it was too late...6 mos to years later. Our Insurance Company claims dentist never sent the invoices into them with correct explanation of service. Dr Gs office also archived the files and said they couldn't access them. Impressed with dentist and facility but not with the administrative and billing staffs.
