Dr. Shen is full of himself, demeaning and tacky. He is also thoughtless and compassionless as well. He talks about himself constantly to the point that it is very annoying. He is also rude and disrespectful. His staff is impersonable and very unfriendly and all business. They do not show compassion in the least. He doesn't have normal business hours and thus it is hard to get an appointment.
The only bright spot is that he has massage chairs.
