About Front Desk: Your front desk staff gets 0 stars. WHY? 1) Last year I came in for cleaning. I hurt my leg before that and gained weight. I walk in and she says, "Oh my ######, your so fat what happened?" ***Maybe because in Korean culture its okay to say rude stuff to the younger generation, she doesn't seem to think about what she is about to say. But that doesn't make it ok. *** 2) Today 10/13/2016 I call to initially reschedule my appointment with Dr Chah at his Golf Mill Center #925 office. The appointment was for tomorrow 10/14/2016. I asked the same front desk receptionist if I can reschedule. She slides in a complaint that she called in this morning to confirm my appointment and I did not answer my phone. I tell her sorry and she just goes on as if nothing happened. As I try to reschedule I realize I don't ever want to hear her voice. So I decided to cancel my appointment and never come here ever again.
