I have just relocated to the US and was in need of a dentist. My boyfriend's cousin actually recommended me to go see Dr. Jacob when the closest appt. I could get with others were 3 months away (!). I was very impressed with the care I received. Xrays were taken and the assistant was sweet as can be. As I waited for Dr. Jacob (3 min at the most), I was able to watch TV. Dr. Jacob examined my teeth and explained everything to me in detail. He used a new technology where he used a miniature camera that likened a small pen, so I could watch and see my teeth on the TV screen I was just watching! He made me feel very at ease (I hadn't been to the dentist in over 5 years because of previous experiences!). He gave his recommendations, but was by no means pushy, which I appreciated greatly. The cleaning done by his dental hygenist was wonderful and I got to pass the time watching TV the entire time! I would highly recommend Dr. Jacob to everyone!
