When I went to Dr. Buen I was assured that she was extremely gentle, explained everything thoroughly and that she listened to her patients. I explained that I had a horrible experience with the last dentist I had visited and she said that she would work hard to make me feel better about dentists. When I went back to get an inlay and an onlay done I realized I had made a mistake. Not only did she not listen to me when I said that I could feel pain, she waited until I had tears streaming down my face before she finally gave me more novacaine! Her reasoning: she didn't want to send me home with a numb mouth! After that she told me I was done so I didn't go back until 9 months later when a filling she did came out so I had to. When I called they were not only rude and condescending, but there was no note of the work she had done on one of my teeth. They treated me as though I was crazy until Dr. Buen finally admitted that she had not noted it so the front desk didn't get confused. She chalked it up to "miscommunication" and smiled at me while she asked if I wanted an appointment! NEVER AGAIN!
