The main reason for the overall negative review is the billing. My bills were consistently incorrect for over a year. I attempted to resolve the matter with multiple receptionists and billing people there (including his wife that works there). Unfortunately, I had to finally go to my dental insurance company to get Dr. Ballis to refund me the money that he overcharged. The office did not want to abide by the negotiated rates that they agreed to with the insurance company. I was treated very poorly, especially by his wife, who hung up on me during one of our conversations about the bill! I would NEVER go back, and I would NEVER recommend anyone else.
