I found Dr. Armstrong from here, and I was happy with his work. He made a molar crown about 1 month ago. No pain in this process. The cost was higher than what I expected, but it was not too bad. The only weird thing was that they do not accept credit card, and the lady at front desk is still using a typewriter.
About Hygienist: Deep clean is not very comfortable process. I was told that it is fully covered, but actually I had to pay about half of the cost from my FSA.
