The advanced family dental of shorewood where dr Worthley sees her patients is the worst dentist office I've ever been to. I went there due to excruciating pain and 2 teeth that needed to be pulled. The first visit they only evaluated me and sent me on my way with an appointment in over a week!!! (did I mention I was in a lot of pain) then when I run out of the pain medicine they gave me at the emergency room they refused to give me refills. I was told to just take Advil! They made me wait another week after seeing a specialist for my second tooth causing a lot of pain to pull that one too. They gave me pain medicine which wasn't effective and when I asked for a refill of Ibuprofen again I was told to take Advil! I am in odds how can they treat patients who are in so much pain with such bad attitude and with no compassion at all. Horrible dentist office all together.
