This was my third attempt to get a root canal. My first time seeing this one.I ,am one of those pts that does not get totally numb. I thought he was aware of this.He did nothing different from the dental office I went to prior to coming to his office.He kept asking if I was numb and I replied no after 3 to 4 needles. What made me very upset to the point of crying is the lack of empathy to my situation. Again this was my third dental visit for a foot canal.He could care less about my feelings nor did he offer me any advice except that if I want to be put to sleep I should go to the hospital.I took a day off from work to go to his office and left very upset and sat in the parking lot and cried.I would never ever recommend him.A waste of my time and gas.????????????
