While Dr.Fischer is an ethical general dentist, her cosmetic treatment skills need improvement. Her charges are quite expensive & the material she used did not match the color of my crowns. I have not been satisfied with my veneers ever since I had them & wanted them removed since they are now stained & discolored & defeat the purpose of improving my smile aesthetically. Dr.Fischer did not oblige but wanted to replace them instead for an expensive fee again! The office misplaced my dental records & kept insisting that I had just 1 veneer done instead of 4. I had to call & locate the records from the previous office & send it to them. Upon which, they changed their story & tried to get me in for at least 2 visits so that they can charge me for both! Apparently, there is no advantage of being a loyal patient of this doctor anymore. This is the second time that my dental records have been 'missing' from my chart. The temp crowns that Dr.Fischer have also been done poorly each time. They have never matched my tooth color and were never polished, so they got stained easily & looked terrible! At this point, due to the lack of quality cosmetic treatment, customer service from the dentist & office staff, it is high time I move on!
