I first saw Dr. Grothouse on the recommendation of a co-worker because I was questioning the $11-13k of recommended treatment by another dentist. Dr. Grothouse reviewed the treament plan, examined my mouth and explained why he didn't really recommend any of it. I left his office with a cleaning and I've been a loyal patient since. Everyone in the office is very friendly and efficient, there is very little waiting at scheduled appointment times, insurance billing is flawless. Other than cleanings I've had one filling repaired and that was a comfortable experience. I am confident that any treatment program that he recommends in the future will be to repair or prevent a real issue that needs to be treated. If you're looking for a competent dentist with a conservative treatment approach then Dr. Grothouse is your man.
