I do not recommend.
Poor outcome for me. Seen by other well known dentists after so many problems, and they all said they would have used a different method of building broken crown. Too many problems time and time again with Dr. wanting to remove all previous dental work and then when you agree, something goes wrong; ie., your teeth break off and then the cost is skyrocketing for repair. In some cases, requiring dental implants. This happened to other members in my family as well. Stay away.
About Hygienist: They seem to come and go too frequently.
