I will say I was happy with everything until it came time for the billing. We are new patients and we informed them that we had delta dental ppo. What they didn't tell us is they accept delta dental but were a premier provider, and did not tell us we would incur all of the cost that was not cover by their contract with delta since their contract is not ppo.
Soon as I told them we had Delta ppo they at that point should have told us they were a premier provider only and I would not have chosen them. Now I have had extensive work done and have no idea what my final balance will be.
They knew from the get go that our coverage was not what they provided per their contract and chose not to tell us. Or the people he has running the office are not the sharpest tools in the shed.
About Hygienist: My hygienist is Rhonda, she is great, but since the whole billing fiasco I will not be seeing her again.
