Office staff is exceptional, as is Dr. Squitieri. He was extremely concerned and willing to go the extra mile for me, and follow up has been wonderful. This was my first experience with having a root canal, and while my first one was relatively problem free, the second one was troublesome. One of the files broke off in my root, and while he tried 3 times to remove it, he was unable to, and the root canal was filled with the file remaining stuck in place. This has been a concern, but he has been very kind in trying to help me through it. I am impressed with his chairside manner, extra care and kindness. I just wish the second root canal had turned out like the first. We're still working on it.
