The billing office can not figure out how to balance my account. They have billed my insurance over 5 times and I paid up front. Despite the fact my insurance company only allows them to charge me a set amount for services, which I have already paid, they just sent me a bill exceeding this amount. I will be contacting my insurance company and reporting them for fraud. I have been dealing with this mess for over a year and I am tired of the stress. I would suggest Dr. Ellis's office because they are competent.
