For a specialist office you would expect more than a radio to keep you distracted. The receptionist has no empathy and makes you feel like you're disturbing her to ask for more assistance. This is contrary to the doctor, who is far more personable. Wait times are acceptable. Dental assistants are very good.
About Front Desk: meh. not very friendly. Seemed to take offense at asking for assistance.
