We've had crown installations in the past year by this dentist and all have had to have subsequent root canals done at a cost of $1,000 to us per tooth. Boydston is a grumpy old man, and is focused entirely on billing services and collecting revenue. He is only remotely focused on customer satisfaction. His office and lobby has outdated equipment (still uses X-rays, and not digital cameras), and it is clear from his advancing age, he is just focusing on saving money for his retirement, and not reinvesting in his business. After my wife's last crown installation, he refused to see her again when she complained of advancing pain. Don't waste your time and money with this cantankerous old man, with his zero interpersonal skills with patients.
