I my 4 previous cleaning appointments Dr Clerc put up "RED" flags by telling me"I am watching a crown on number 15".
I took him at his word at my own peril and he began to remove 4 year old porcelain crown. After extreme pain he began to "EXTRACT" the same tooth WITHOUT EVER DISCUSSING WITH ME!!! I stopped him immediately and left his office. I cancelled all future appointments with myself and my wife, wrote him a letter detailing his pathetic services. This man simply does not communicate with the patient! I have hired another Dentist to complete the bungled job and was informed there is NO REASON to extract this tooth. Beware patients!
