I came in to Dr. Edelstein's office in Bay Village after 5 years of never seeing a dentist. What finally brought me back was a severe, keep-me-up-at-night pain on a tooth on the lower right side. I worked up the courage to make the call to an office I always pass on my trips to Subway. When I got there, I was greeted so well by the staff and seated right away because they knew I was in pain. Dr. Edelstein came in and talked with me for a little which helped me calm down. They took an x-ray and found the tooth that causing all the trouble. Dr. Edelstein took the time to explain what was going on, got me ssuupperr numb, and popped the tooth out in a few minutes like he was born to do this. But it didn't stop there. He took the time to stress the importance of getting x-rays of the rest of the teeth and making sure to get things taken care of before anyting else gets this bad. I took his advice and I'm now back to 6 month check ups. So far, so good!

About Front Desk: Joyce is awesome. She called me the next day to make sure I was okay. She took my insurance info and found out EXACTLY what my benefits were and what needed to be done to get them. She is an insurance guru.
