I came to Dr. Farmer because after going elsewhere for years and getting worse treatment over time, I needed a REAL dentist.
My husband had found him and was very impressed. He found problems (and solutions) that my husband didn't even know about. Had he not found him, I believe my husband would have lost his teeth, despite regular dental care.
When I came in, he surprised me by asking if I could change one thing, what would it be. I had several concerns, but my immediate issue was a "cave" between two molars. I had reported the problem several times and was told nothing could be done.
My previous dentist had connected them at the top after a crown, leaving an irritating trap for everything I ate, until finally I couldn't . I found one directly above it on the same side! Dr. Farmer redid her work and I have been pain/irritation free since...and can eat anything I want.
While waiting to see if insurance would cover a TMJ device, Dr. Farmer made me a temporary one. I snored less, woke without neck/jaw/cheek/headaches for the first time in years. I had tried the over the counter ones, but usually gagged on them because they didn't fit. While he was at it, he smoothed out a broken front tooth !
He is an answer to prayer!
About Front Desk: The front desk girls are wonderful! Friendly, flexible and they went out of their way to accommodate my crazy schedule in the middle of a move.
I was discouraged in Dec. because insurance would not cover my TMJ splint. Out of the blue, in January, the office called and said I WAS approved! They resubmitted after the new year and it went through. I was pleasantly surprised and thankful!
They knew I was moving out of State and could have just let it go, but they went the extra mile to get me what I needed. How foreign is that! I am only sorry to have to leave these people behind after finally finding them!

About Hygienist: Excellent, friendly, gentle, informative hygienist without being preachy or judgmental. Very sweet and genuinely concerned. She passed on my concerns to the DDS when I couldn't speak, was very professional and kept everything spotless.
There's not room above, but this was the FIRST work in 63 years that I did not even feel the numbing shot! AMAZING, since that is usually more dreaded than the actual work. Thanks Doc!!!
