This was the only dentist on our insurance plan. For our two and four yr old. We had back to back appointments for them at 930am. When we walked in I noticed it was as if they just moved there. No decor, no magazines out nothing. We signed in but no staff were present. After ten minutes of no one the dentist appeared so I asked to have the new patient papers to start filling out, so the dentist himself gave us the papers. Then the receptionist showed up she opened the door and called the kids names. Instead of a friendly welcome ot hello we got "we usually don't take kids so I don't know why insurance sent you here the kids will end up getting referred to a child's Dr" wow, I just looked at her. That was so rude. I should've just left then. But stayed both kids received xrays and a quick cleaning which went ok. This dentist said he'd never had such young patients so don't see him if it's for a child! Oh and the xray room had just a desk chair and that's it. Ive never seen a dental office so bare and empty. Almost like it wasn't really a dental office at all! Will never go there again. Strange place and rude staff.
