Did not properly fit crown. I got an abcess. Then she charged me again for the visit for the abcess which was her fault.
Did a cleaning in less than 5 minutes.
Kept me waiting for over an hour because she triple books appointments.
Moved my appointment time up without asking me.
Last but not least, when I left several messages over the weekend that I had an emergency, she did not return my call. That to me is inexcusable.
