My husband and I had our regular 6-months dentist check up and cleaning. We had the worst experience. We are lucky our teeth are ok so all was needed was cleaning. Our appointment was at 9am and we had to wait for one hour and 15minutes for a 10minutes!!!!!! cleaning job. I belive Dr. Coutin is a very bad dentist. He had no assistance tech, just a lady who did the x-rays and put the bib around my collar. The light dentists use to see in patientes mouth wasn't working properly and the dentist was knocking with the tool on it to make it work and then worked with the same tool in my mouth!!!! He kept touching drawers and computer mouse in between working on my cleaning. Very QUEASTIONABLE HYGENE!!! It is the first time I am posting a review, really I went online to find reviews about dentists because of course we don't plan to go there back again and want to find a real dentist. But wanted to let other know so they don't end up having the same bad experience we had.
