dr. Riggs has a beautiful office and does excellent filling work, cleanings, etc.; unfortunately, wait times are ridiculous - for anything beyond a cleaning expect at least 2 hours if not 1/2 a day. staff turnover is high and there is a lot of under-drama in this office. who needs that? I have yet to receive anything done by a lab, i.e. crown/bridge, that has turned out. paid over a thousand dollars for a gold crown and now have a "hole" after failure. anxiously awaiting a bridge with many doubts. very good dentist if you like office drama and all you need is a cleaning or cosmetic work. the reason I'm still here is I have money in...

About Front Desk: lots of staff turnover here. not impressed with current receptionist, somewhat rude/condescending and does not return phone calls.

About Hygienist: both hygienists at dr. Riggs' office are very good. gentle, educational, supportive, kind, and informative.
