Avoid this guy. When his work doesn’t hold up, you’re going to pay double (probably more) to fix it. My crown, on which I had spent probably near $2000 for root canal, buildup for a crown, and the crown itself, ( he did the root canal and buildup) came off in my mouth during normal wear after a year and a half. I came off while I was eating some chocolate. When his buildup job sheared in the middle and the crown come off, due to his low quality work, it created a deep crack. When I went to him with the intent of having a post put in and replacing the crown, he found the crack, and told me that due to the presence of the crack, I couldn’t replace the crown. I was now left with 2 crappy choices, have no tooth there, after going to all that trouble and cost to have a tooth there, or pay around $4000 to have an implant. My other dentist, who put on the crown was willing to fix his part for free, even though his work didn’t cause the problem. Dr. Siegel, who felt no sense of responsibility for the situation I was in because his work failed, is insisting on charging me a few hundred $ for the visit where he gave me the news that I was screwed.
