On Jan. 11th 2011 I had a cleaning done two days before my six month required insurance waiting period was fulfilled. The scheduling was done by Dr. Kenneth Baumgartners office which turns out that it was their responsiblity to make sure that it was six months from my last visit. It is the dental office that should make sure that time coverage periods are met. At this point the dental office and even after talking to Kenneth Baumgartner both are currently being uncoopertive and unprofessional in willing to work with both my insurance and myself. I'm currently looking for another dental office to take care of my dental needs. Very unsatisfied with the receptionist that made my appointment and with Kenneth Baumgartner the owner.
