Stay away from this dental office. I have Delta Dental HMO insurance. I went in for an exam and X-rays. After the exam they told be that I needed 4 crowns, 1 filling along with a medicated rinse treatment. The estimate was $4500. I took the X-rays to another dentist that had treated me before when I had a PPO insurance. I paid him out of my pocket for a 2nd opinion to see if I needed all this work done. The second dentist told me that my teeth were fine and didn't need all that work that was quoted by Brookside Dental. He said that all I really needed was a cleaning. This Dental Office attempted to rip me off for $4500. Take my recommendation and STAY AWAY from Brookside Dental.
