I didn't have a bad experience at Jang and Associates but I didn't have a great one either. I went there for two cleanings and one filling. The staff at the front desk were nice but the dental technicians did not engage me in any conversation and spoke Chinese to each other - which isn't a big deal - but it would be nice if they'd ask me how my day is and talk to me in English at least a little bit. We did find a new large cavity at a new dentist I'm seeing so I'm a little upset that we didn't get that on the radar at Jang and Associates - but we did know about it there and were going to get to it in a few months - just seems like it's a pretty big cavity.
