This is regarding my tooth (#30) treatment on July 5-6, 2001.
At that time she was working at Malden Center Dental.
When she opened up the cavity on the tooth, she said I needed root canal, and asked me to come the next day. So the next day, after some work on my tooth, she said she could not do root canal, and asked me to go to endodontics right away. What? Didn't you ask me to come for root canal? Anyway, I asked her where I should go then. She gave me a list of 7-8 endodontics and told me to call them for an appointment. I asked her to see if she could call because I'm sick, but she refused. What a service! Of course, I never went back to her for further treatment, and she didn't even ask.
And insurance claim: Even if I gave her my dental insurance information in the beginning, she insisted me to pay with a credit card first, so I paid the full amount. Later, I got my insurance statement in the mail, and found that she received a check from the insurance company. So I left her a couple of messages for the refund, but she never responded. It has been more than four years now, I'm still fighting for the refund.
Give my money back!
