The people in this office were difficult to deal with from beginning to end. Dr. Klayman is extremely cold and does a terrible job at keeping the patient calm and relaxed. I went in for a check up and he began the root canal (along with all costs associated) without even informing me of what was going on. I thought it was all a part of the check up until the numbing agent set it!
Following the procedure, I found myself (as many do) with billing issues. I called the office and asked them to temporarily freeze my bill while I dealt with these issues. They then proceeded to send me late fees. When I spoke to Pam, the woman in charge of billing, she was EXTREMELY unhelpful and condescending. When my office HR person spoke with her she was again completely unwilling to talk rationally and help with the problem.
Following these issues my office has contacted our primary dental office and requested they no longer refer people to Dr. Klayman. I would absolutely not recommend that anyone go to this office. While there were not any major issues with the root canal itself, the overall customer service experience was some of the worst I have ever encountered
