Dr Stein is a great dentist, but his office staff is horrible! Rude, never pleasant on the phone, and will refuse to give you another appointment even if you call and cancel two days before!! I have never heard of this. I have always heard you need to give 24 hour notice to cancel. I wonder if Dr Stein is aware of this? It is unfortunate, since he is so good. I always have people asking me to recommend a good dentist, but it is not worth seeing him to have to go through the office staff.
