Dr. Pickenpaugh and her staff are extremely nice and helpful. She actually listens to you and treats you like a human being as opposed to some dentists who are "too busy" to talk. Probably because of this, she's was usually running 15-30 minutes late everytime. But it's a comfortable, pleasant office, so I didn't mind too much. Unfortunately, her retreatment of my root canal was not successful--but that's probably more the fault of the original dentist than her.
