I went to see Dr. Hart for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction a few years ago. The procedure went very smoothly and was practically painless, though very expensive (around $3K, out of pocket!). When I went for my follow-up appt., you can imagine my frustration when they sent a DIFFERENT specialist to sell me on some other expensive gum procedure that I most certainly didn't need. I continued to see Dr. Hart's office for regular dental checkups. I found the usual receptionist I always delt with there to be exceptionally rude and snobby. Recently, I've had to cancel a few cleaning appts. b/c of my busy work schedule. I was never told that after 3 cancelations (the last of which was BEFORE 24 hrs. in advance!) I would not be allowed to return. CLEARLY THIS PLACE CARES MORE ABOUT WHAT GOES INTO THEIR POCKETS THAN THEY DO ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. When I just asked to get copies of my medical records to take with me elswhere, they had the nerve to tell me they were going to charge me $25 for it....
