That place is a factory; they do not care about their patients at all, all they care about is making money. I have had two terrible experiences at Hirshberg dental; their operations are flawed to say the least. I was once forced to wait for 20 minutes to get a teeth cleaning. When the hygienist came to get me from the waiting room she explained to me that I was "20 minutes late" and therefore they couldnt accommodate me. I was livid. On another occasion, I actually saw the hygienist for a cleaning and then I waited 15+ minutes to see Dr. Hirshberg. It was then explained to me that he was on the phone with someone and wouldnt be able to see me that day. I walked out and never looked back. I also know several colleagues who have had similar experiences there. If you are looking for another dentist in the area, go to Dr. Budd, he is wonderful.
