More Concerned With Bottom Line
I was a patient at Congress Dental Group, run by Dr. Babak Pajoohi, also known as Dr. Bob. In my experience Dr. Bob is more interested in expanding his business than genuinely caring for his patient. One indication of this was that Dr. Bob immediately found out how much dental coverage my work offered. Dr. Bob recommended that I have my two front teeth ground down for crowns. Since I left Dr. Bob, I have mentioned this to my new dentists who have said that my front teeth currently need no work whatsoever. Can you imagine having your front teeth ground down to posts for crowns when you don't actually need this procedure done?
Personal Injury From Dr. Bob
This nightmare culminated in an experience which has opened my eyes to Dr. Bob's true character. Dr. Bob scheduled me for a routine extraction of a wisdom tooth. During this procedure in October 2003, his instrument slipped and punctured the bottom of my tongue slicing a nerve. I instantly lost motor function and sense of taste on the left side of my tongue. Unknown to me at the time was that my mouth was filling up with blood due to the wound under my tongue.
