Dr. Bass may be a decent dentist but he has no clue how to run a business. He's too cheap to hire a full time receptionist, so whenever you call, he tells you to call back later because he's with a patient. On the patient end, he's constantly being interuppted by phone calls. He took x-rays after telling me they were covered by my insurance and they weren't. I was charged for the x-rays and when I complained, he said he'd rather lose me as a patient than pay for them. So, he lost me as a patient.
