I had been out of the U.S. for 11 years. When I returned and attempted to make an appointment with my previous dentist, I learned that Dr. Forman had taken over his practice. I decided to give Dr. Forman a try and have never been sorry about that decision. His work is excellent, his demeanor confident and professional and he is a really lovely fellow as well - always pleasant and friendly. I am 100% pleased in his care.

About Hygienist: I tend to be rather a wimp and the sort of patient who only trusted my dentist and was reticent about letting the hygienist near my mouth. After each visit, Dr. Forman gently suggested that I should give Elizabeth a try at cleaning my teeth. After a number of visits, I finally said 'Okay!' and am so glad that I did. Elizabeth is extremely professional. capable and gentle. When I leave her chair, I feel I have gotten an excellent cleaning and would highly recommend her.
