I have not had any invasive procedures with him but he's very gentle, good-natured, empathetic and can refer anyone to the correct next step (eg, orthodontist, oral surgeon) if your requirements are beyond the scope of his care. Wonderful man who really knows his stuff when it comes to dentistry and "bedside" manner!
