Never initially advised of out full of pocket costs - told $230 then procedure as suddenly $1200 with my insurance! Then did 1 root of a 3-root, root canal then made me wait another week, I had allergy tests, primary car Dr. said it was fine to use a medication, dentist refused my Dr.'s recommendations, put me off another week, then again questioned my primary care/allergist, and refused to complete the root canal and then he went to the Caribbean and neither of his partners could finish my root canal, so they expected me to be 1/3 of the way done on ONE root canal for 3+ weeks on pain meds and antibiotics! Then the office personnel (office manager) was more focused on how to bill than the fact that I was in discomfort for so long. Both the dentist and the office manager lacked complete sympathy for the patient. It was egregious how this matter was handled. Oh, yes, let me also state that they billed my insurance for the FULL amount when only 1/3 way through the procedure! Causing me to go to an endodontist to have th procedure completed and my ceiling on my insurance was already maxxed out due to the money-hungry focus of this practice! It's a shame what they did to me~!
