One of the worst dental experiences of my life. Didn't wait until I was numb enough to start the root canal. I experienced about 90% of the pain during the whole procedure. I tried to talk to them to let them know I don't numb very well, they responded by telling me I was numb enough, no way I could feel anything and that it was because I was tense. At one point I wanted to jump out of my skin, her response "most people don't feel that part" then "I will give you a minute" and left me in the chair for 15 or 20 unattended without checking on me. The last time I checked I was paying for a service and not someone to tell me how "I" was feeling and to tell me "I" was numb enough. She was messy and when she "finished" the filling she put in my tooth was rough and rocky to the touch, my tooth feels loose and unfinished. My WHOLE MOUTH is painful inside and out. The only person I would recommend in their office is Traci at the front deck. She was helpful in every way, quick to responed to my insurance claim and was the only person who asked me how I was feeling on the way out the door. If any one is looking for highly professional and well rounded office manager/front desk support, I recommend Traci.
