I was appalled when I heard the way she talked to her staff. Insulting, condescending, and should not be tolerated in any medical facility. They way you treat your staff is important when in the dental chair and nervous. Plus, I have had sensitivity in all the fillings done in her office. I've needed more than half replaced since I left .

About Hygienist: My cleaning were always professional and painless. The hygienists always made me feel comfortable and like a part of the family. There seems to be a revolving door when it comes to staff though. I think they don't like the treatment by her either.
