Dr. Fitzgerald has treated two family members, and though she is quite pleasant and personable with adults, my teen has felt overly criticized with unjust assumptions made about his dental hygiene habits.
Though the crowns look acceptable in most ways, I did not get her usual notification in advance to whiten the surrounding teeth first, so I only had a week to do so. The crowns came out too short, which I didn't notice until too late - due to most of my time after her fitting was spent in traveling the long distance back and forth between office and lab. I also ended up with an annoying indent which collects food. She does not consider either problem an issue and would not redo the work unless I totally repaid the full cost.
