I can't comment on anything other than the customer service in the office. I didn't get a chance to see any of the endodonists although I waited 2 hours. They would have had me wait until 5:00 p.m. or later.
As I stated to the receptionist, if I were told to be here at 4:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. I would be here. Waiting 2 hours is unacceptable without saying one word. I watched regularly scheduled patients wait more than one hour. It is unfathomable to me that the office wouldn't schedule emergency patients for late in the day (4:00 p.m.) or so. That way, everyone wins, the doctors, the regularly scheduled patients and the emergency patients......as well as the staff. Honestly, it was a joke. I went elsewhere for service
