I have been using Dr. Deaner for many years, including regular prophylaxis as well as restorations including crowns. He has never, ever cause me pain. Cost is quite reasonable, and I've also never had insurance hassles. He's very easy to relate to. His assistant Paula is always friendly and helpful. highly recommended.
