I've had multiple times where I've made an appointment for a cleaning and exam, and not had a dentist there for the exam. They've never once called me ahead of time to let me know about this. Last week, there was a chance of snow for the afternoon. They canceled my morning appointment and forced me to reschedule. When I rescheduled, I confirmed that it was for a cleaning and exam with the dentist and was assured the dentist would be there. Guess what, showed up for the appointment and no dentist for the exam. This is not what I expect from a dentist and it's never been a problem with any dentist I had before I moved to Natick. I'd advise going to someone else who actually knows how to schedule and keep appointments
