Dr. Orlov was pleasant but constantly trying to sell me unnecessary procedures with large out of pocket expenses associated with them. His support staff was rude and unhelpful. Interactions felt more like business interactions as opposed to the trusting patient-doctor interactions one would hope to have with their dentist.
