Dr. Behm is a very thorough holistic dentist who understands the full-body connection with the teeth, and his staff was exceptionally nice. When it came to providing customer service (when insurance companies require more information), getting them to do it was pulling teeth. It took 6 months to get a check from Humana because Amy wouldn’t reply to nearly 10 emails-wouldn’t do her job–until I messaged Dr. Behm on Facebook about what was happening. Full review at Google.
