Dr. Douglas Graybill exaggerated the advantages of porcelain veneers, saying he guaranteed that “they will last forever and never stain.” However, and although I have great oral hygiene, the 8 upper porcelain veneers that he installed turned red when drinking red wine, chipped and cracked without cause, and came unglued often. Veneers are very expensive and I wonder if he actually used porcelain or a low grade substitute. I will never know because when I tried talking to his office about the problems he suggested I go to another dentist. Dr. Graybill did not stand behind his work. He exaggerates the truth and should not be trusted. Trust your instinct. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. I would not recommend Dr. Douglas Graybill for any dental services.
