Looks good when you arrive as a new paitent with work to be done, but once work is completed and they recommend inplants, etc. and you state the cost is too much, you are moved to the back burner! He has his financial office manager review cost for the new procedures and make payment suggestions. Once i made decisions on additional work not being performed, the next two times i was scheduled for normal fillings, etc. i sat in the office for over an hour after my appointment time. The first time i was told they had an emergency, one can expect that time to time. The second time, three people came in after me, one did not even see the receptionist and all went in. I finally got up and walked out, all the receptionist could say was sorry. I was never even given the courtesy of a call back for an appointment! Think that says it all!
About Front Desk: Very nice, can only do what they are directed to do!
